One on One
Individual training:
This option is designed for IT professionals whose schedule and responsibilities require them to be involved in training solutions specific to their work situation and/or those who do not have time to attend an instructor-led training class. This training can be delivered at the learner’s facility or Arden’s learning center. Most all of the curriculum is available via this method.
Tuition is based upon the number of hours and the cost of the workbook. Typically, the cost is 20% more than public instructor-led training and normally takes 40% to 50% less time than a regular class.

Example:
A product supply employee for an international consumer products company took over responsibility for maintaining a global training library. This 24/7 application allowed employees to research the data in this library to aid them in their decision-making. One of the problems was that some employees were not able to get to some of the information they needed. This individual, Cassandra, did not know enough about the application to understand what her co-workers in Costa Rica were directing her to do to fix the problem. In a series of short sessions, one of our staff worked with her individual on the application to help her learn the elements she needed to understand how to maintain the application.
Example:
A developer for a company who owns and operates hotels in the Midwest needed to understand how to develop applications to support the hotels. She wanted to present information on hotel improvements (e.g. priority of upgrade, cost of improvement, timing for change) but only viewable to the applicable individuals. Through a series of half-day sessions one of our trainers helped her make the necessary changes and understand how to do so for future improvements.
