Management Team
Robert Gepfert is one of the leaders for the company. For the past ten years he has run this organization. He is responsible for business development, coordinating projects with customers, managing staff (as well as partner relationships), and setting and driving the strategic direction for the company.
Prior to running a small business, he served as a Director of Training for a Cincinnati based company. His role there was to procure, develop, and deliver learning programs for the employees.
His first thirteen years in his career were spent in sales and management roles at adult education and information technology companies - Xerox, Northern Telecom, and Dale Carnegie.
Bob’s involvement in the organizations in this region includes work as a advisory board member for the Northern Kentucky University College of Business, the Association of Internet Professionals (AIP), and the Notes/Domino Users Group.
Outside of his career work, he has served as a mentor for both the Big Brothers program and the Cincinnati Youth Collaborative over the past 20 years.
He is a University of Kentucky graduate with a degree in Finance.

Jeff Twardowski is the leader of the consulting division. He is responsible for coordinating and delivering elements for information technology projects for clients.
Jeff has been involved in systems administration and programming for the past twenty-five years. This experience includes administration and applications development on IBM software products, writing programs, administering networks and operating systems, and managing projects.
Jeff's undergraduate degree is in information process systems. His master's degree is in business (MBA).
Jeff's leadership roles include being president for six years of the regional IBM software user group (one of the largest of its kind in the United States): president and area governor in a regional Toastmasters group; and president of IEEE/Computer Software Society at the University of Cincinnati Chapter for four years (1986 – 1990)
In addition, he has been a guest speaker to several Fortune 100 Companies
